Sunday, March 24, 2024 - Although I preferred the much leaner 2021, I think this vintage will appeal more widely to someone who is used to buying $20 domestic Chardonnay. Definitely from a cool climate, but with some leesy richness and more noticeable influence from oak than last year. I think this remains a really well-made wine and an outstanding value in the United States Chardonnay space, albeit one I'll be drinking less often than last year.
