Sunday, January 10, 2016 - Tonight, for me, this is what burgundy should be, like a bantam weight boxer, light and sleek, but still quite powerful. The nose is rich and expressive and the mouthfeel is light and delicate with excellent depth to the red fruit, earth and sous bois. The finish is quite long and the tannins still have a bit of a bight to them. Really pretty after several hours of air.
