Saturday, November 11, 2017 - 2017 Villa d’Este Wine Symposium - Kelly and Kevin's excellent adventure; 11/9/2017-11/14/2017 (Villa D’este, Lake Como and Milan): Very mineral and floral driven nose, decadent ripe black fruit, mocha, sesame, a hint of sous bois, perfume, grilled fat and earth. Beautifully integrated palate, incredibly finesse, medium acidity, strong mineral presence and a seamless long finish with blackberry and sesame at the end. This has reach its youthful peak. Drinking beautifully. The pleasant surprise of the evening along with the 06 Chambertin.
