Saturday, November 11, 2017 - 2017 Villa d’Este Wine Symposium - Kelly and Kevin's excellent adventure; 11/9/2017-11/14/2017 (Villa D’este, Lake Como and Milan): Hedonistic nose displaying ripe black fruit, animal, Asian spices, oolong tea, sesame and a hint of sous bois. Beautifully integrated palate, nicely layered decadent black fruit, silky and fluid, medium acidity and mineral, nicely integrated tannins and a long decadent black fruit and Asian spice driven finish. Pleasantly surprised by how well the 06 CSJ and this showed. Drinking beautifully.
