Friday, November 27, 2015 - Friday after Thanksgiving (FAT) - Part 1 - Burgundy 2006 (Palm Beach Gardens FL): Small taste, brief note. Open approx 3 hours when tasted. Black cherry, slightly floral, some smoked sausage hints. Ripe but balanced overall. Good now, but upside from here, so I'd cellar further. I preferred this vs Charmes-Chambertin and Mazis-Chambertin.
