Sunday, January 19, 2020 - Decanted and let sit for more than 2 hours, even then it was just starting to open. Had with dinner after being open 3-4 hours and it was sublime: complex nose with some fruit, leather, hints of mushroom? On the palate, silky smooth and complex: lots of layers into a medium finish.
