Monday, June 26, 2017 - Winos' excellent adventure in France; 6/22/2017-6/27/2017 (All over France): Nicely mature nose displaying ripe raspberry, a hint of mint, cola, smoked meat, and earth. Fully resolved yet there is a hint of dry tannins. Perhaps due to the provenance, still showing good freshness and fruit. No need to wait but no need to rush if you like a lot of tertiary notes.
