Friday, January 19, 2024 - A bit of reduction on first open, which gives way to a soft, mature spätlese definitely on the richer/sweeter side, with moderate petrol, some nice peach and tropical fruit flavors balanced by just enough acid to keep it lively. Still some structure left, but probably already on a gentle downslope.
