Friday, December 29, 2017 - Wow, this is a tannic BEAST. If your idea of a bottle wine is to drink a glass for three nights and wait for some kind of balance, have at it. This bottle enjoyed a three hour decant and then a two hour meal, to no avail. Glad I have only one bottle left.
