Friday, November 26, 2010 - Decanted, using a funnel, for two hours. See previous notes. The nose has changed slightly to: loamy current, blackberry, crumbled rock, sage and cream soda. It's been about seven months since I last had this and it really is THAT good. Please do a serious decant and let her breathe. If not, the '05 Les Pavots will remind you of woodshop.
