Saturday, February 27, 2010 - Fresh, fruity nose, with some mineral notes.Lots of acidity floods the mouth, not particularly full flavoured, hint of sweet cherry fruit, but also pencil shavings. A little light bodied. I am going to try this with rabbit or fennel sausage to see if that brings out more flavours.
