Friday, November 29, 2013 - The wine has a nice garnet color at this stage. On the nose there are notes of saddle leather, but not much else. However, on the palate you get classic Chianti notes of dried fruits, dusty cherries, black tea and licorice. This Chianti continues to drink well.
