Sunday, November 30, 2008 - Initially nose was pure vanilla, but then it slowly turned into sangiovese nose. Next day it was very nice with floral aspect on top of sour cherries. On the palate it was very smooth with decent (a bit weak for sangio) acidity and still strong drying tannins. Medium bodied and very enjoyable. 88-89.
