Thursday, April 28, 2022 - Beautiful and complex wine right now...Black cherry, blackberry, and dark plum fruit. Rich, dense core of tobacco, black licorice, dark chocolate, earth, and toasty oak. Still has some firm chewy tannins, good acidity, and extremely long finish. Great now after a nice long decant but this will easily go another decade after 16+ years of age.
