Sunday, September 26, 2021 - Scarecrow to me is most remarkable for how smooth it finishes. The tannins are balanced; little or no heat despite the high alcohol content. Plenty of acidity. There was more bricking than I would’ve expected. It’s really well balanced for all of the California cult cabs. I’m a big fan.
