Monday, December 19, 2022 - Light body. Browning robe. Still a bit tight and a little disjointed, but the clos vougeot strawberry notes are present, albeit masked in some heavy wood (oak or stems I can’t quite tell) and sauvage. This needs another 2 years or so to come into further balance. On day 2 this tastes like a Barolo. Very strange.
