Sunday, October 14, 2012 - Double decanted, drank the following 4 hrs. Peaked at hr2 and held. Tar, dried cherry and cranberry, leather, red plum, cinnamon, black tea. Great balance and acidity. One thought the nose displayed too much heat but I ddn't get it. Medium + finish. Paired fantastic with lamb kebobs. Great on its own, but deserves food.
