Friday, March 29, 2024 - Clear deep gold; clean medium plus nose of apricot, ginger and honey; dry; high acidity; medium plus alcohol; full body; medium plus to pronounced flavour intensity; palate is tarter with addition of macadamia nuts, marmalade, pith and wax; long finish; drinking superbly; has the structure to last another 5+years but why wait?
