Saturday, March 8, 2014 - Very nice. Not much yeasty, brioche quality. A little sweet, which surprised me. Maybe I'm just not used to drinking bubbles with a little age on them. Although the 90 Dom I recently had was very different (yes...and a very different price-point!). It is easy to drink and not at all offensive.
