Monday, December 13, 2010 - Already throwing sediment, but very tannic and youthful. Not yet ready for prime time. Good fruit and acidity promise a long life ahead, but not nearly as smooth as Beaucastel at this stage. Hold. Tasted at an '07 Southern Rhone tasting. One of the group favorites.
