Monday, May 21, 2018 - Opened for 12 hours (375ml bottle)

A: Medium garnet
N:Prune, cured meat, RESINOUS, leather, clove, burnt toffee, earth (mulch). Fully developed. Pronounced intensity.
P: Dry, medium (+) acid, medium (+) tannin, high alcohol, medium (+) body, medium (+) intensity and long finish.
C: Drink in next 5 years, there is no further potential for aging.Quality level is Outstanding.

Personally, i think this would be even better with food. Tried with pulled pork and beetroot chutney. The earthiness in both was a triumph of complementarity.
