Community Tasting Note

Tuesday, January 21, 2020 - No formal tasting note as bottle was opened (and quickly consumed) during a championship Sunday viewing party (Chiefs were just starting to heat up).

This was the 5th or 6th bottle from a case purchased on release. Still showing well with classic CDP characteristics of black and red fruits, cherry liqueur, garrigue and some vanilla.

Not as evolved as one would suspect- this is mature, but I'm sure will hold for another 5 years plus- but who really knows!
