Saturday, May 2, 2015 - This showed surprisingly well for an old second wine, though it really needs drinking up now. Melon and a little sweetness on the nose. In the mouth, more melon accompanied by a lick of acidity and a little oak influence with a mineral finish. It reminded me of the dry semillon-sauvs produced in Sauternes.
