Thursday, October 1, 2015 - Tasted blind. Montmorency cherry, incense, sunbaked earth. Young, intense, chewy texture, almost cigar ash, some toasted cumin, seems very Tuscan to me. Quite a surprise on the reveal, I don't think anybody even suggested Spain.
