Tuesday, December 11, 2012 - Becoming golden with age. The tart palate melds bracing acidity with a mineral element, finishing strong with secondary elements and cold stone. The nose, less integral to this wine than its texture and taste, is on the citrus fruit side. Seems like a true food-wine complementing a wide range of dishes; popped and poured with a Vietnamese-style caramel pork dish.
