Thursday, March 22, 2012 - Quite a strong banyard character on the nose, with soy sauce, woody incense, mushroom & dried herbs follow at the back. Some relatively sweet black currants on the palate too, with some addition of alcohol's heat. Medium body, has a tight, gripping acidity and I thought this wine is abit unbalance as the acidity and alcohol overpowered the fruits & flavours - with a rather short finish.
