Monday, September 6, 2010 - Decanted and enjoyed over 2.5 hours. The initial nose of candied pineapple and toasty new French Oak relaxed with air and this wine really turned into something great. Wonderful acidity and a strong vein of minerality added to the depth of this wine while staying tropical and rich. With air time as with further aging this wine is certainly speaking the same language of white Burgundy.
