Thursday, February 3, 2022 - Mature. Resolved tertiary aromas of tea leaves and earth and a faint cherry. On the palate there is still a bit of tannin detectable on the finish, but it’s smooth and serves to carry the finish a bit longer. Drink ‘em if you got ‘em.
