It still has fresh, crunchy fruit, the salty, stony, ice cold stream water freshness that underlies the best of Mosel Riesling, and a fresh acid spine that lifts the wine, and the meal. There is just the barest hint of any sweetness left on the front end, and the wine finishes totally dry. Such a joy to drink, it's a model for German wine at the dinner table.
