Saturday, April 17, 2010 - Couldn't resist opening one of these to experience at an early stage. Decanted one hour. This had wonderful color and aromas of mushroom and cedar in the glass. Surprisingly approachable, this big-body cab had amazing layers of currant and dark fruit, with overtones of pepper, wood, and mint. Long finish, showing complete harmony between the fruit, tannin, and alcohol. Close to perfection.
