Friday, July 10, 2015 - This was drank with minimal decanting at a local restaurant. The wine was clear and garnet red in colour. Red cherries and other red berries on the nose were joined by a quite strong taste of caramel and some chocolate in the glass. Both the tannins and acidity were quite light which makes me wonder how this wine will be in the future. For tonight though, this was a wonderfully enjoyable bottle.
