Monday, November 12, 2018 - Stood up for 45 minutes. Into duck decanter for about 30 minutes before I dove in.

No sediment in bottle/wine whatsoever.

Silky smooth and supple. Mostly black fruit. Some eucalyptus. Smooth, medium finish that was mostly the eucalyptus and even green tea tones.

A very pretty wine that is in peak drinking window for me. Had some left over for Day 2 and it was certainly still holding on. But the secondary tones are here in full effect and I think giving a great look at what this vineyard is all about.
