Saturday, June 7, 2008 - Very pale lemon in appearance. Slight hints of rhubarb, asparagus with strong nose of grapefruit and nettles. Slightly sweet entry on palate. Lots of zingy lime fruit with more grassy notes. Very refreshing. Nice minerality on the finish which is impressively long. Excellent
