12/3/2012 2:11:00 PM - The winemaker is often quoted that they're best at 15 years - that would be 2016 for this. However, it has reached the optimal drinking window and ready now. If you got it from a supermarket and you're not sure how well it's been kept before you got it and what's the state of the cork, I wouldn't take any chances and drink it in the coming months. If you are quite sure it was professionally kept and in top shape, go ahead and keep it a while longer, there's no rush.
