Thursday, May 2, 2019 - This is a phenomenal musar and drinking very well right now. 30 minute decant. Medium cherry red. The nose is cherry, spice and game. The palate is medium bodied and very well balanced. Flavors of raspberries, cherries herbs, game this is delicious with limited but growing complexity. This is in the riper less gamey side of the musar spectrum of flavors and it works.
