Friday, April 10, 2020 - This is, as usual, an absolute delight to drink, and is indeed in its own space. Very elegant, beautiful spices and will continue evolving, probably increasing to 94-95. Love it. Slo ox for 7 hrs and then PnP. Tonight with baked aubergine and tahini sauce...
