Thursday, April 22, 2021 - High fill, cork intact. Red fruit, spices, cinnamon, light chocolate, light tobacco, and gamy notes, with good acidity, high quality tannin and very good length. Good, medium body. Some VA. A weird association with premium yogurt (whatever that may be) jumped to my mind.

Not the most complex vintage of Château Musar, but well-structured, smoothly textured and very harmonious. Needs four hours in the decanter. Some upside potential. Drink (after three to four hours of aeration) or hold.
