Sunday, May 9, 2021 - On this occasion, the cork came out intact. The wine has quite a deep colour, mature with a brown tinge. It displays exotic, perfumed fruit and seems fully mature, although it is still lively, complex and long. An excellent, characterful wine which I think should be drunk soon before it declines.
