Tuesday, July 13, 2021 - Wine education and tasting week continues with sister and brother in law visit. They were willing to try something new and different so I opened this 2001 Musar! It was a hit! Still alot of fruit and life left in this bottle. Dried cherry, orange peel, red currants, exotic leather and spices, very smooth and integrated tannins. Lots of layers. Decanted in bottle for 4 hours.
