Tuesday, November 14, 2023 - Quite a bit of nutty aldehyde along with plenty of volatile acidity on the nose. The palate is good and keeps getting better with air. There's a core of intense creamy cherry fruit. It has some leather, game and truffle development. It is rich and heady and layered. There's still structural chew and length is fabulous. It has a pleasant salty/iodine note that lingers.
