Monday, January 16, 2012 - This is perhaps the most ready vintage of Latour that I have tried. This is still a vigorous wine, but considerably softer than other years. Lovely tobacco, cedar, blackberryetc.. Paired well with rack of venison, but really you should have this with lamb.
