Thursday, December 4, 2014 - Strong showing for a wine from a bad year. Served from 375. Classic Paulliac nose. Some dark berries remaining. Lots of leather and cedar wood. Little animalic touch. A bit rustic on the palate, but very enjoyable. Would never buy this given the price point, but interesting to taste. Would work well with filet mignon.
