Saturday, January 15, 2011 - This hits the palate and initially seems a little on the sweet/flabby side and lacking some balance. after a little warming in the glass, and a few tastes later , the acidity makes itself known. after all this seems a fairly balanced auslese made from very ripe fruit that i expect will last for some time. will be hard to wait though after tasting.
