Sunday, November 11, 2018 - Drank with the other 2007 Saxums, my #3...but still an amazing wine. The most acid of all, with very vibrant red and black fruit. More linear profile, where the others were full and round. Wish I had more to taste, and it was the most difficult to grasp. Was #1 for many.
