Saturday, February 29, 2020 - Fantastic. Much lighter and brighter than most Spanish PX. Very smooth, wonderfully sweet but in no way cloying. Plenty of richness, caramel, but with enough acidity to keep it fresh and clean with a long but light finish. A really lovely and interesting wine.
