Saturday, November 7, 2020 - Tasted this during the Willie's Chocolate & Wine Masterclass organised by Wine Exchange Asia. Paired with the Los Llanos Gold Chocolate.

Gold in colour. Chocolaty nose with honey, fig, raisings, toffee, caramel and dates. On the palate the wine is sweet, lush, viscous and pleasing. The chocolate brough the wine to a higher plane when paired, bringing out a tangy, layered sensation.
