Sunday, November 22, 2009 - airy freshness, perfect balance, great focus. we drank this with skate wing in brown butter and it was a great match. the wine was not overmatched at all, and in fact its clarity and chiseled nature was a nice counterpoint to the richness of the dish. with time open there is a lovely geranium aroma. very impressive wine.
