Saturday, December 26, 2009 - Thought I could handle sweet wine, but this made Sauternes taste like water. Deep, rich golden color, mouth-coating and unctuous with a long, lingering finish of honey and apricots. A dessert on its own, open this with plenty of company (5+ people).
