Monday, December 23, 2013 - Sweet cherry fruits on the nose along with a little compost and ash. In the mouth the black cherry fruits are creamy and luscious. There is a strand of liquorice threading through the flavour profile and there is excellent depth. It has enough interesting development to enjoy now yet it is still quite youthful with plenty in the tank.
