Sunday, August 27, 2017 - Drinking beautifully. Has the colour and the depth of the vintage. There's just a hint of undergrowth development sneaking into the aroma profile. It has a core of sweet blueberry and cherry fruit. Texture is liquid velvet and there's some musk and game that works brilliantly with duck breast. Balance and proportion are excellent. Still has plenty in the tank for further development.
